Step One: Confirming the Design, Eliminating the "Hidden Traps"

The Client chose a 2 x 0.5-inch woven label with the popular Flat Fold method. For flat labels, one of the most easily overlooked details is the sewing allowance (the extra material needed to attach the label to the garment). If this space is not included in the total size, the design may be partially covered or cut off.

Despite the Client's initial reply of "Design Approved," our team recognized the potential for this common error.

Despite the time pressure of a rush order, we did not proceed blindly. Our Customer Care team member, Luna ( luna@lynxlabel.studio ) , immediately sent a second, clarifying email: "Thank you... Have you included the sewing allowance space in your total dimensions (width 2 Inches * Height 0.5 Inch)? We just wanted to confirm with you once again to make sure that when you receive the labels, there is enough space for you to sew on your products."

This critical extra step demonstrated our value. The Client quickly replied, confirming: "Yes, I will be sewing corners only so all is good!" With that clear confirmation, we successfully averted a potential production error and delay caused by overlooked sewing allowance details.

Step Two: Quality Control, Down to the Last Detail

With all sizing and sewing details confirmed, our production team provided an additional layer of professional review before the final run.

We noticed a particular "rhombus area" in the design. To ensure this detail was perfectly rendered in the woven material, we proactively created and attached two different versions of the finished product photos for the Client's final review and approval.

The Client once again appreciated our meticulous service and quickly selected their preferred version.

The Result: Perfect Delivery, Rush Order Ready

Following the Client's final approval of all details, their Rush Order for 100 woven labels was immediately prioritized for production. We successfully completed production and shipped the package within the promised 3-4 business days.
