RETURN & REFUND

When purchasing on our platform, you are bound to follow the Return and Refund Policy, if you don’t agree with it, please do not make the purchase. And here is the policy details:

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, mainly the custom products including all custom labels, patches, keychains or tags. We also do not accept returns for any services, like the Photo Proof Service after it is used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Besides the non-returnable items, we have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you should provide the shipping label or tracking number to us, so that we will know if it's been delivered. Please noted that the return shipping fee is covered by you.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that any fees charged by third-party payment processors (e.g., transaction fees, currency conversion fees, etc.) are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Please understand we do not provide exchange service for custom products since each of them are unique and personalized, and for the rest, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Besides, we do not accept any design changes after the order is purchased, the fastest way to ensure you can change is to request a refund before the order confirmed and make a separate purchase for the new design. however it is not acceptable if the order is already confirmed.

Return and Refund

You can always request a refund only before the [order confirmation] is sent, which means your products are being produced according to your personalized design, and we will notify you once your order is confirmed and proceed to production. After the [order confirmation], you have to follow the RETURN AND REFUND policy above.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please be aware there is possibility that your refund will be rejected. And if it’s approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds and Processing Fees

When you request a refund, we will refund the amount you paid for the product(s). However, please note that third-party payment processors (such as credit card companies, PayPal, etc.) may charge transaction fees or processing fees, which are non-refundable. These fees are deducted by the payment processor and are outside of our control. As a result, the refund amount will be the amount you paid for the product(s), minus any fees charged by the third-party payment processor.

Refund Responsibility

  • If the refund is due to our error (e.g., defective product, shipping mistake, etc.), we will cover the third-party payment processor's fees and refund the full amount you paid for the product(s).
  • If the refund is due to your request (e.g., order cancellation, return for non-defective items, etc.), you will be responsible for any fees charged by the third-party payment processor, and the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
